The reference

Everything this instrument enforces comes from one book: Remote Viewing Secrets by Joseph McMoneagle (2000).

McMoneagle was Remote Viewer #001 of the U.S. Army's Stargate program, which is where this app takes its name. The book is his operating manual: protocols, training practice, target selection, record keeping, judging, and the environmental findings around session timing.

The app enforces the protocol. The book teaches the discipline. The first is no substitute for the second. Several things the app cannot do for you are covered there in depth: keeping a personal notebook of what you thought and why, learning your own internal symbol language, working through the plateaus.

On that last point, McMoneagle is explicit. No training can guarantee a level or an outcome, and neither does this app. Progress arrives as plateaus, sometimes lasting weeks or months, occasionally followed by sudden jumps. That is expected and documented, not failure.

If you use this instrument seriously, read the book.

The manual describes the controls. The instrument enforces them.
